When it comes to creating art, there's nothing quite like the freedom and spontaneity of abstract expressionism. That's why it's my favorite style to work with! I love the way abstract art is so intuitive and allows me to simply play with the paint to create different textures and marks. While I may start with a basic idea for a color scheme, I find that the real magic happens when I let my instincts take over and allow the painting to evolve on its own.

I find that these more flexible mediums allow me to experiment and take risks without feeling constrained by the traditional rules of painting. I'll often use a variety of tools and techniques, from brushes and palette knives to sponges and even my fingers, to create dynamic and unpredictable effects. And while each piece may start out as a blank canvas, it's always exciting to see where the creative process will take me.
